We serve Central Smith Creamery premium ice cream, Jones Soda ice cream floats, Speciality desserts including our signature Banana FoFana, the Knickerbocker Glory, Low tide Mud Pie, and ice cream sundaes. We also ofer a large selection of retro style candy. The Poke Bowl is the only poke restaurant in Nova Scotia. We serve fast, fresh, and fabulous poke bowls (pronounced Pokay). You can choose from marinated chicken, tofu, fresh raw salmon or tuna, rice/greens/rice & greens as a base, a savoury house made sauce, a crunchy garnish, and a selection of fresh veggies toppings.
