The Digby Area Tourism Association (DATA) is seeking external expertise to develop 2–3 new tourism experiences tied to the “10 Wonders of Digby” concept. This pilot project aims to build DATA’s internal capabilities for future product development. The selected contractor will work collaboratively with DATA and private sector partners, acting as a mentor to transfer experience design knowledge.
Key Deliverables:
- Experience Identification & Partner Engagement: Select 2–3 feasible, scalable, and market-ready experiences for the 2026 tourism season.
- Design Experiences (Mentorship Phase): Collaborate to fully design the selected experiences, ensuring private operators are equipped for delivery by the 2026 tourism season.
- Process Documentation Report: Produce a detailed report for DATA’s future, independent experience development.
Important Dates:
- Proposal Deadline: 12:00 noon (Atlantic Standard Time) on November 28th, 2025
- Award Date: On or about December 12th, 2025
- Final Report Deadline: March 27th, 2026
Budget: Maximum $25,000 CDN, inclusive of travel and HST.
