The 2026 Hike Nova Scotia Hiking Summit is coming to Digby!
Announced today at the end of their 2025 Hike Summit, Digby was successful in winning next years bid, which means we’ll have the chance to show off our vast coastline and incredible hiking trails.
Each year, Hike Nova Scotia hosts its annual Hiking Summit — a weekend gathering for hikers, trail builders, and nature lovers. The summit features guided hikes, workshops, presentations, and networking, all focused on the shared goal of making hiking more accessible and impactful throughout the province.
Congratulations to the Digby Area Recreation Commission for their successful bid. Can’t wait to host everyone in the beautiful Digby region!
