Scallops are something celebrated around the world, but perfected here in Digby, Nova Scotia – The Scallop Capital of the World.
Scallops were first commercially harvested here 100 years ago.
We are known for having the largest scallop fleet, one you can proudly see as you walk along our boardwalk.
The Bay of Fundy is prime for scallop catching.
But really, its all about the taste, and you can’t get em tastier or fresher than you do here in Digby.
