DIGBY AREA TOURISM ASSOCIATION – 2025 VISITORS GUIDE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
SCOPE OF WORK
To input updated info (text, photos, graphics, business ads) into the existing Adobe InDesign layout of the 2025 Digby Area Visitor Guide book as instructed by DATA.
Membership ad designs: A payment of $50/design will be paid to the Designer for any approved design changes to a business ad.
TIMELINE
Project to begin October 1st 2024
Business ads as they come in (no later than November 22nd 2024)
Preliminary guide design due date: December 3rd, 2024
Client approval/comment due date: December 6th, 2024
Final design due date: December 13th, 2024
OPPORTUNITY
Total fee for Services: $1,500.00 + $50 per ad design requested Percentage due upon execution of agreement: 25%
Balance due upon completion of the deliverables: 75%
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Must have access to own computer, and In-Design software
Must have experience using In-Design, and preparing materials for print Must be able to communicate and take direction
Must be flexible when working with businesses to design ads
Must be able to meet strict deadlines
