DIGBY AREA TOURISM ASSOCIATION
Since 2006, the Digby Area Tourism Association (DATA) has been working to bring local business and government together to promote and develop the area as a tourism destination. Projects we have worked on include improvements to our community such as interpretive signage and information kiosks as well as washroom facilities, picnic benches and highway signage. Our mission is to facilitate authentic and memorable experiences for visitors to the Digby Area.
MEMBER BENEFITS
An association is only as strong as its membership. DATA represents the voice of tourism for the area and we always welcome input from our members. Memberships are given voting rights at the annual general meeting, a website listing, access to the membership section on the website and your business receives enhanced coverage with our Marketing Partners (Local and Provincial Tourism sites). Our DATA Board of Directors are volunteers that meet monthly to continue mapping out new strategies to bring more visitors to our region.
Your annual fee allows us to produce quality videos, create regular social media posts, connect with travelling influencers and more! As members partner together, we put the Digby area on the map! We can only do this if we work together!
